Work with Coach Mike in an intimate group setting to help you see real progress. It is not a limited time course but an ongoing program to allow work on both short term and long term goals.
Program details:
Introductory questionnaire to identify goals and challenges that need action
Monthly 30 min call with Mike to set up goals and action plan, assess progress, and discuss challenges.
Private Facebook group for direct access to Mike, weekly group check in’s, challenges and topical discussion threads.
Weekly 30 min Group Zoom call featuring topics focused on accountability, habit development and weight loss with coaching Q&A
