Gauging how much fat and protein you need can be like a weighted scale. Lean too much to one side or the other and you can notice negative side effects.
Signs you are not getting enough fat:
Low mental clarity
Muscle fatigue (Muscles easily fatigued and made tired)
Low libido (Sexual attraction, desire, and performance, lack of confidence and ambition, etc.)
Inflammation
Signs you are not getting enough protein:
Slow recovery
Depressive mood
Sleep issues
No gym progress (Not getting strong etc.)
Remember its a trade off and everyone is different!
