DAIRY FREE AVOCADO RANCH
Rich creamy dressings often require just that, cream! This recipe not only brings the creamy texture of a homemade ranch but all the flavor. Great on greens, drizzled on keto tacos, or even as a dip!
INGREDIENTS:
100g avocado
1/2 cup avocado oil mayo
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 Tablespoons water (If you’d like a thinner dressing use 3!)
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
RECIPE STEPS:
This one is simple! Use an immersion blender, regular blender, food processor or whisk to thoroughly combine all of the ingredients!
Store in an air tight jar in your fridge. Will stay good up to two weeks.
Use however you see fit and do your best not to lick the spoon!
