BEEF ’N EGG NACHOS

Carnivore friendly and full of crunch & flavor, these “nachos” make a great dinner or breakfast! You can sub out the shredded beef for any kind you have just be aware of possible macros changes. This seasoning is basic as the ingredients speak for themselves! The magic here is the cottage cheese!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz of shredded beef chuck (or 80/20 ground)

  • 1/8th cup cottage cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • 0.75oz of pork rinds

  • 1/8th tsp of Salt

RECIPE STEPS:

  1. Place beef on a skillet and cook until golden brown (I usually used left over Chuck and rehear it on the skillet)

  2. Scramble your eggs and add them to the pan. Stir until they start to cook. Then add the salt

  3. Right before the eggs are done, add the cottage cheese and continue to stir

  4. Turn off heat right as cheese starts to become stringy and melted (you will see it)

  5. Add egg mixture on top of pork rinds and serve!
