Chicken Fajita Pizza
This is a spicy one that fuses two great dishes! The meaty chicken with the green sauce gives it a kick! Feel free to add bell peppers and onions on top for more of an authentic fajita taste!
INGREDIENTS:
16oz or 1 lb of ground chicken
2 tablespoons of green tomatillo salsa
4 oz of mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp taco seasoning (Click here for one I make a lot!)
RECIPE STEPS:
Pre heat oven to 400°F
Mix ground chicken with salt and pepper
Flatten out chicken on parchment paper and place on oven safe pan. You want to get it as thin as possible.
Bake at 400 for 25 mins or until the top starts to brown. Take out of the oven and pat dry
Add your green sauce and cheese and then taco seasoning.
Place back in the oven for 5 mins or until cheese is bubbling. (This would be a great step to add any other desired toppings!)
