Hamburger Dill Pizza

Dill pizza???? What is it, a pickle crust?? No worries! There are no pickles here! Just beef, delicious sauce, cheese and some fresh dill on top. Is it a burger or a pizza? Stop asking questions and get cooking!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 16oz 80/20 ground beef

  • 4oz mozzarella cheese grated

  • 1/4 cup of low carb marinara or pasta sauce (Looking at you Rao’s!)

  • 1 TBS fresh dill

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/3 tsp of pepper

RECIPE STEPS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F

  2. Mix beef with salt and pepper

  3. Get a piece of parchment paper and smush down the beef until it’s thin but not so thin it breaks. About 1/4 of an inch.

  4. Put the beef in an oven safe cast iron skillet on the stove on high heat. Sear both sides

  5. Drain the grease

  6. Add the sauce and then cheese to the top of the beef crust

  7. Bake for 10 mins or until cheese is melted.

  8. Add fresh dill, serve and enjoy.
