Egg Loaf Pizza

A crust made of fluffy egg loaf and topped with your favorites. This low calories/high volume pizza will change your keto dieting game. If you follow the recipe, its less than 1000 calories for the entire thing! The best part? You can manipulate the macros depending on the toppings you use! This is a bulletproof recipe that I know you will try and use again and again!

NOTE: The whites must be at stiff peaks for this to work. Otherwise, you are just going to make a pizza omelette ( Not that that sounds bad at all! )

Egg Loaf Pizza:

Prep time: 20mins

Cook time: 30mins

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs (separated)

  • ½ cup Raos sauce

  • 2 oz Hard cheese

  • 15 slices Pepperoni 

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 375 degrees F’

  2. Whip eggs whites until stiff

  3. Fold in yolks

  4. Bake for 20-25 mins

  5. Add sauce and toppings

  6. Bake for another 10mins or until cheese is melted

  7. Take out and let cool for 5 mins and serve!
