Grilled Pork Chop w/ Garlic Butter

This pork chop is awesome in that you can manipulate the macros pretty easy! If you need a lean peice of protein or need add some extra fat to it, it can be done! I love eating this at least once a week for dinner! We are working on photo quality for recipes. So for now, drool over what I dream all my pork chops looked like coming off the grill.

NOTE: The pork chop macros are based on the meat without the bone. So keep that in mind.

Grilled pork chop w/ garlic butter:

Prep time: 5mins

Cook time: 25mins

Ingredients:

  • 12oz bone-in pork chop

  • 1⁄2 tsp salt

  • 1⁄2 tsp pepper

  • 3 TBS butter

  • 1 tsp garlic RECIPE STEPS:

Directions:

  1. Get grill hot

  2. Mix salt and pepper and sprinkle desired amount on both side of pork chop

  3. Put pork chop on grill and cook 10mins each side or until internal temp is 170

  4. Melt butter and add garlic

  5. Pull pork chop off gril and let sit for 5 mins

  6. Pour butter on top

  7. Plate and serve MACROS & SERVING INFO:
