KETOCHOW CAKE BALLS

Coach Jon took two simple ingredients and make some magic! These are fantastic when you use KetoChow’s seasonal flavor Peppermint but any flavor works! Click here to get some now.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Peppermint (or any flavor!) KetoChow

  • 170g 0% Greek yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Add KetoChow and yogurt to a bowl and stir like a mad man. It will get thick fast!

  2. Once full combined, let sit for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Put a little neutral oil or butter on your hands and roll the dough into 8 balls

  4. Let sit in the refrigerator for 30mins and then enjoy!

Notes: You can add higher fat Greek yogurt to up the fat and add any toppings you like. They might be tasty rolled in chocolate collagen powder or crushed nuts! Adjust macros accordingly.
