KETO PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE

It is PSL season year round! Too often the coffee shop versions are high on sugar and don’t give us much else. This one is packed with the flavors of fall, healthy fat and even protein!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8oz coffee, chilled*

  • 6-8 ice cubes

  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen/protein

  • 4 TBSP heavy cream

  • 1 TBSP Mct Oil**

  • 6 drops stevia or monkfruit

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

Notes:

* If you’re feeling adventurous, add a 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice to your coffee grounds when brewing your coffee. It will bump up the flavor!

** MCT OIL WARNING: If you’re a regular user of MCT, no worries. If you’re new to it, start smaller, like a tsp. Too much at once to start can have unwanted digestive side effects.

RECIPE STEPS:

  1. Once you have coffee brewed, this one is crazy simple! Add everything to your blender and crank it up! Blend until smooth.   

  2. Serve with an extra dash of pumpkin spice on top, and if you want to be very very fancy, add a tablespoon of whipped heavy cream on top first!
