SMOKEY BACON BRUSSELS

Is this a simple side dish or the start of a magical meal? You decide but trust me, adding a few eggs on top of this will make this a magical brunch!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound brussel sprouts

  • 2oz onion diced

  • 8oz thick cut bacon raw

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt

RECIPE STEPS:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400

  2. Line 13x9 baking dish with parchment paper

  3. Trim sprouts and cut in half. Spread in pan.

  4. Sprinkle seasoning over the sprouts

  5. Sprinkle onion over the sprouts

  6. Dice the bacon and sprinkle over the sprouts and onion.

  7. Bake for 20 min and toss all ingredients together.

  8. Bake for an additional 20-25 min until sprouts are crispy.
