KETOCHOW CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PANCAKES

We have partnered with KetoChow is to show how it is so much more than just a shake mix! We will be sharing our recipe ideas with you and hope they will inspire you. Coach Jon has made a delicious pancake recipe that punches up the protein but still provides all the comfort of homemade hot cakes!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Scoop chocolate Keto Chow

  • 1 Scoop chocolate whey protein (I used Within You's Steak Shake)

  • 2 TBS coconut flour

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1/2 TBS flax seed

  • 1 TSP baking powder

  • 3/4 cup water

RECIPE STEPS:

  1. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix

  2. Add water and eggs and mix until well combined. Let stand for 3-5 minutes to thicken. 

  3. Add 1/4 batter to a preheated non-stick pan (add cooking fat if needed)

  4. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 mins each side or until golden brown.

  5. You will get 4 average sized pancakes. You can make them smaller if desired as well!

  6. Serve and add plenty of butter to up the fats!
