What is something about you we might not know?
I enjoy my first 3 hours of my day in absolute silence and I hate noise in the morning.
Favorite songs or podcasts to listen to when being active?
KB, Trip-lee and Toby to name a few artists. Podcasts is Joe Rogan Experience for sure.

How long have you been following a ketogenic lifestyle?
4 years
Where did you first discover keto?
A Keto Bar add on facebook in 2016
Why are you keto?
Because it gives me the best nutrition foundation to be my best self.
What was your biggest challenge adapting to a ketogenic lifestyle?
Honestly, I didnt have much of an issue at all adjusting.
What is your favorite thing about going keto?
That I never really feel “bad” on it!
What are your favorite and least favorite keto trends?
My favorite are meat based diet challenges. I love watching people add more animal fats and proteins to their diets. My least favorite is NET CARBS
Why are you a coach?
Because it took me 10 years to figure out what should have taken a tenth of the time. I want to help people shorten that window.
What advice would you give someone looking for a coach?
Finding a coach is a simple and important decision. You want someone you can resonate with and know they will provide you with a unique experience catered towards you.
A coach is someone on your side but won’t let you act less than you are worth. They will push you but also empathize with you. They don’t look at you as a person but as an individual and build things around that fact. They instill tools for you not just for the time of the program but tools that will last far beyond.
What is a goal you are working on currently?
50 mile ultra marathon! I love building mental toughness!
