Keto Protein Beaver Tails
W/ Cinnamon cream cheese icing
This recipe is a game changer! It can be good as a cereal or as described in this recipe. DUE NOTE: The protein chips are quite dry and the fatty dip makes it not noticable at all. So no matter what, I highly recommend pairing it with a fat.
INGREDIENTS:
(CEREAL)
2 Scoops of your favorite cinnamon protein powder. I use this. Use code (Keto Road) for a discount
1 Scoop of unflavored collagen. There are many!
2 Egg whites
1 TBS butter
Dash of salt
(DIP)
3oz Cream cheese
10 drops of stevia or 1 squirt of this.
Dash of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
(CEREAL)
Preheat Oven to 375’F
Slightly whisk your egg whites until soft bubbles form
Melt butter in microwave
Add all ingredients into bowl and mix until well dough forms
Put the dough onto parchment paper on a pan and then place another one on top.
Spread dough super thin and LEAVE paper on dough
Bake for 10 mins. You will see the dough pull away and see the edges and middle brown
Pull out and let cool
(DIP)
While cereal cools, stick cream cheese in microwave for 15-20 seconds
Then add stevia and cinnamon and serve!
