EGG WRAP FRENCH TOAST
Some of us eat breakfast and others don’t. Rest assured, you can eat this French toast anytime!
INGREDIENTS:
6 egg wraps (See NOTE for recommendations and substitutions!)
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
10 drops liquid stevia
1 TBS of butter
RECIPE STEPS:
Turn skillet on medium low (these will cook fast)
Take the eggs, cinnamon and stevia and add to a bowl. Mix until well combined
Take egg wraps and fold into quarters. It should look like a triangle when finished.
Submerge the egg wraps into the egg mixture and let sit for about 30 seconds
Add to non-stick skillet and cook until both sides are golden brown (about 60-90 seconds per side)
Take off, add your favorite sugar free syrup if desired, a TBS of butter and enjoy! (Some people will melt down some extra butter, mix in maple extract and some stevia and use that as a syrup to get fats up!)
INGREDIENT NOTES:
I use the Crepini brand as they are the most crepe-like but you can use another like Egg Life or even make your own with egg whites and almond flour. That recipe is here!
