KETOCHOW CREAM OF WHOA!
It’s NOT cream of wheat, it’s Cream of WHAT?! If you miss oatmeal, cream of wheat or any hot cereal, this one is for you. It’s hearty, satisfying and delicious. Also, the recipe itself is dairy free! Ingredients:
1 serving of Keto Chow Strawberry Cream Core (stevia sweetened)
4 TBS coconut flour
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 cups water
Liquid stevia
Instructions:
Add dry ingredients together and pour in blender
Put the water on a stove and bring to a boil.
Take it off the heat and let it stop boiling for a minute or so, you don’t want it too hot and cracking the blender cup.
Add 5-10 drops of stevia to the water.
Turn the blender on low and slowly add water. Once all the water is added, cover it and blend on high for 30 seconds.
Pour into a bowl and serve.
Feel free to top with fresh strawberries and butter if so desired!
